Where are you located?

Why do you have weird hours? 

We are appointment based only, due to working full time and raising three kids. If you want to see us have more hours of availability invite your friends, share about us on social media and remember us for all your special events.  


How far in advance should I book my private part? 

We recommend a 2-4 weeks advance notice before your booking your event. All of our events are custom projects created specifically for you or for the season as hand. You and your guests will need to  make a purchase at least 7 days before the event date. In some cases when you pick a previous project options and nothing is custom created so we can book them sooner.  


How many people can you accommodate for a party? 

We require a minimum of 10 and can accommodate up to 20+ depending on projects. 


What if I don’t have enough guest for a private party? 

No worries, you can book a table for your group at any open workshop. Just be sure to write down who you want to sit next to and we will seat you all together. 


How much does it cost per person? 

We offer a variety of projects!  We have projects that range from $25-100+ 


Can I come watch my friends or family paint? 

Everyone attending the workshop either public or private create their own project. 


I don’t want to book a private party, how can I paint? 

You are always welcome to come to any open workshop. Visit our calendar to see available dates. 


Can I choose my own paint colors, or do I have to do what the pictures looks like? 

You will be able to choose your own background stain or paint color and your font/design colors. We have over 40 safe, non toxic/odorless paints and stains to choose from. 


Can I have a custom sign project made? 

YES a small fee may be included. Please allow 2 weeks prior to event for us to create your custom design. Each project has a custom work request option. (YES, even if you see a sign on Pinterest, we can create using our design expertise- of course making it perfect for you!) 


Do you offer a refund? 

Due to the nature of the process the fees are non-refundable. However, If you are unable to attend the party it can be transferable to another event. Or if you prefer we can make it for you for $5 extra. Just contact us for pick up or request it to be shipped to you for an additional fee. In some cases we can offer a kit options as well.  


Do you provide food or beverages? 

No. Jankun Creative Workshops provides everything you need to create your project. You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and cake! 


How long do the projects take? 

Each workshop lasts approximately 2.5 – 3 hours. If you are having a private party you will have an allotted 3 hours for your event. 


Do I need to know how to paint? 

Absolutely NOT! All levels welcome- We will guide you through clear step by step instructions while making you feel comfortable. Just come willing to learn and you will create a project to proudly display or give as a gift!
